Terms of Service

1. General provisions

These Terms of Service govern the design, development, hosting and maintenance services provided under the GLOBALWEBSITE.EU brand, operated by APSOLUTION [full registered company details to be added: legal name, registered address, registration number, VAT number], referred to as the "Provider".

"Client" means any individual, business or organisation that places an order for a service offered by the Provider, referred to as the "Client".

2. Scope of services

The Provider offers services including but not limited to: design and development of business card websites, business websites, and online stores; hosting; technical support; search engine optimisation (SEO); paid search campaign management (e.g. Google Ads); and redesigns or migrations of existing websites.

The specific scope, price and delivery time for each order are agreed individually based on the brief submitted by the Client and any additional agreed details.

3. Formation of the agreement

1. An order is placed by submitting the brief form, the contact form, or through individual arrangements made by email or phone.
2. The agreement is formed once the Provider confirms acceptance of the order in writing (including by email).
3. Work begins once the Client has provided all information and materials required to complete the service.

4. Pricing and payment

1. Prices listed on the website are exclusive of VAT where applicable, and exclusive of any local taxes that may apply in the Client's jurisdiction.
2. Payment is due based on the invoice issued by the Provider, on terms agreed individually at the time of ordering.
3. The SEO and paid search add-on (€90 ex. VAT / 3 months) is available only in combination with an order for a new website or online store.

5. Delivery time

Standard delivery time is 3 business days from the point all materials are received and the brief is approved. During busier periods this may extend to a maximum of 5 business days, of which the Client will be notified.

6. Client responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide accurate, complete and lawful information and materials (text, images, logos) used in building the site. The Client is responsible for holding the rights to any materials provided.

7. Delivery and complaints

Once work is complete, the Provider delivers the project for Client approval. Feedback and revisions within the scope of the chosen plan are submitted in writing. Complaints regarding delivered work can be submitted to hello@globalwebsite.eu within 14 days of the site going live.

8. Technical support and hosting

Hosting and basic technical support are included in the price of each plan on terms agreed individually. Technical support covers monitoring, security updates, backups, and assistance with minor changes.

9. Redesigns and migrations

For redesigns or migrations of an existing website, price and scope are agreed individually following a review of the current site and the Client's requirements.

10. Liability

The Provider exercises reasonable care in delivering its services. The Provider is not liable for interruptions to service arising from causes outside its control, including outages affecting third-party providers.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the Provider's place of business, unless a mandatory consumer-protection law of the Client's jurisdiction provides otherwise. The Provider may update these Terms from time to time; updates will be published on this page.
