This notice describes privacy rights available to residents of US states with consumer privacy laws in effect, including but not limited to California (CCPA/CPRA), Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut and Utah. It supplements our general Privacy Policy.
2. Categories of personal information we collect
Through our contact form and project brief, we collect identifiers (name, email, phone), commercial information (the plan or services you're interested in), and information you choose to share about your business, such as industry, target audience and project requirements.
3. How we use this information
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and deliver the services you order. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. Your rights
- Right to know — request details of the personal information we have collected about you.
- Right to delete — request deletion of personal information we hold, subject to legal exceptions (e.g. active contracts, invoicing records).
- Right to correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out — opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not currently sell personal information.
- Right to non-discrimination — exercising these rights will not result in denial of service or a different price or quality of service.
5. How to exercise your rights
Send a request to hello@globalwebsite.eu with the subject line "Privacy Rights Request." We may need to verify your identity before processing your request, and will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
6. Authorized agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require written proof of the agent's authorization and may still require you to verify your own identity directly.
